YINZ LIKE TO RUN N’AT?

 

The most Pittsburgh race ever is back.

Join us for the Yinzer 4.12K and Lil’ Yinzer Fun Run on the North Shore. You won’t want to miss out on the costume contest, food trucks, prizes and more! Runners of all ages and abilities are welcome. All proceeds benefit Light of Life Rescue Mission.

Event Information

Race Day: Plan to arrive early. Registration starts at 7 a.m. and streets close at 8 a.m. We suggest parking at Gold Lot 1. The Lil’ Yinzer starts at 8:30 a.m. and the Yinzer 4.12K starts at 9 a.m.

Pickup for the swag bag and t-shirts is on August 26 starting at 7 a.m. on the Great Lawn. Please pick these up before 8:30 a.m.

A few notes so that you are prepared for the race:

• The roads will start to close at 7:45 AM and open up once the run is over, which should be by 10:45AM. See the map linked here for road closures.

• Parking options are linked HERE.

• The Great Lawn on the North Shore is at 393 N Shore Dr, Pittsburgh, PA 15212, which is where the pre and post-race festivities will take place.

• There will be a couple of food vendors on site, including a coffee and ice cream truck PLUS Rescue Dogs hotdogs! There will be some lawn games available for all attendees and a couple of mascots are scheduled to make appearances. Awards will be given around 10AM.

• Don’t forget to wear a costume to show your Pittsburgh spirit and have a chance to win a Primanti’s gift card

• NEW this year-three age divisions with prizes! Under 35, 36-64 and over 65. Prizes will be given to the top three male and female finishers in each age category.
